Booking your wedding cake

Step 1: Save Your Date

I only take on one cake per week to give it my full attention—so once you’ve got your date, pop me a message to check availability. The earlier, the better!

When I receive your initial enquiry, I will ask more about the cake you would like. You might have a very clear idea of what you are looking for or you may just want the cake to be inspired by a favourite flower, colours or your dress, where you met…

We will briefly discuss design ideas and I will provide you with a "Starting from..." initial quote.

You can secure your date with a non-refundable £100 booking fee.

Step 2: Let’s Chat Cake!

Around 3-6 months before your wedding, we will have your Design Consultation.

Before we chat, I will send you a tasting box from the next available batch, prepared three times a year. Each box includes a set menu of five cake flavours. Sampling flavours for your wedding cake is an important part of the process, and it’s included as part of your booking. The tasting samples are sent out via Royal Mail First Class to ensure freshness.

When we meet online, we will discuss your theme, style, venue and how your cake can best compliment your vision for the day.

We will also discuss where your cake will be displayed and any additional styling ideas
to make it look great on the day. You do not want it stuck in a corner!

Step 3. Finalising

Happy with the design? Brilliant!

I’ll send you a final invoice with all the details—flavours, size, design, and any extras like delivery and stand hire.

Final payment info will be included, too (you’ll find all the nitty-gritty in my T&Cs). Make sure to take a moment to check everything over.

Step 4: Bake & Deliver

Now it’s my turn to work some cake magic! If you are having the cake delivered, I will be in touch with the venue directly to confirm times and setting up details.

Then all that’s left is to enjoy your cake - because it’s not just about how it looks, it’s about making memories with every bite.
