At Wicked Treats we are committed to excellence and want your experience with us to run as smoothly as possible. Please read the information below as a guide to the service we provide. When making an order it is assumed you have agreed to the terms below.

All fresh products purchased from Wicked Treats are subject to the following terms and conditions:


Please read carefully the following terms and conditions, they constitute a binding agreement between you and Wicked Treats. By accessing the website or by using any of its services, you signify your acceptance to these terms and conditions.


You must be at least 18 years old to accept the Terms and Conditions for yourself or on behalf of your child or a child in your legal care. If you are accepting those Terms and Conditions on behalf of your child, please be aware that you are legally liable and fully responsible for his or her use of this Site. Each registration is for a single user only.

Prices
All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact design and the size of your cake/cupcakes as advertised.
Following an enquiry, a quote is valid for 7 days. I cannot guarantee an order and time slot until a payment has been received. If more than 48 hours has elapsed since the quote, please check availability before you place the order so as not to be disappointed.

Non-edible Items
Some cakes and cupcakes contain inedible items. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these are removed before consumption e.g. support dowels in tiered cakes, ribbons and cake banners etc.

​Notice for Orders
To avoid disappointment please give as much notice as possible for your order. However, I will accept short notice orders subject to availability.


Each cake is bespoke and made individually by hand, so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur from the colour and design requested. All bouquets are bespoke, because of the organic nature of the designs, colours and small details may be subject to variation. No bouquet is ever exactly the same whilst every effort is made to create exact representations.

 

​Deposits and Balance Payments

Full payment for orders of £70 or less is taken in advance and no refunds are given once collected.


If your order exceeds £70 , a non-refundable booking fee of £10  is required to secure your order and chosen date with Wicked Treats. The balance is due two weeks before the collection date. 


Collection times will be agreed with Wicked Treats and is dependent on time slot availability on the date.

During peak times (Christmas, Mother’s Day etc) there will be set collection times.


Once an order has been placed a full payment (if applicable, booking fee) needs to be paid within 72 hours. Should I not receive your payment, I reserve the right to cancel and the slot can be allocated to another customer.


Wicked Treats retain the right to cancel the booking in exceptional circumstances beyond their control, such as fire or ill health, during such times, a full refund of any monies paid will be made as soon as possible.


Booking Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Any changes in design, date and collection time are at the discretion of Wicked Treats and may not always be possible.

 

Collection and Delivery
Cakes can only be collected from my premises at the prearranged time and date. The collection address for all orders is Frinton on Sea and address will be sent to you on placement of your booking.

Cakes will only be considered for delivery, subject to availability. Delivery charge is on application and dependent of time and distance to the venue.

​Once collected I am not responsible for any damage that may occur. Full storage and transport advice is given at collection.

Bouquets/cakes should not be left in extreme heat, in the car, or in a fridge for any extended length of time. The shelf life of cupcakes is short, they are made fresh to order but must be consumed within 24 to 48 hours from collection if they are to be at their best.

Store in a cool dry place.

It is your duty to examine the cakes/cupcakes upon collection/delivery to ensure that the order is complete and that the goods have not been damaged in transit, if we make the delivery.

You are required to enter full and accurate details for delivery including the name, address and postcode. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you. If there is no one there to receive the delivery at the agreed delivery date and time, then it will be deemed a ‘Failed Delivery’. The item/s will be returned to Wicked Treats and you will be responsible for collecting the items from my premises in Frinton on Sea.

I am unable to refund the order cost or delivery charges for failed deliveries.
