When placing a cake order or completing a booking form, Wicked Treats will collect certain information about you to facilitate this. Occasionally to facilitate an order requiring delivery, information may be disclosed with trusted individuals or third parties who help us to carry out our business in a professional manner. This may include couriers, taxis, event planners, florists or venue staff and managers.

We treat all personal data confidentially and will ensure that all trusted third parties also take appropriate security measures where applicable.
